protein colada

1th October 2014
There’s something special about a night spent with your girlfriends laughing over a cocktail or 5! But with my schedule currently jam packed and a house half way through decorating those Friday night’s out are on the back burner for now. So after seeing this Protein Colada recipe posted on the PhD Woman facebook page I decided to give it a go after my weekend work out. It’s absolutely delicious and gives your taste buds a boost of their own! You will need: 1 Scoop Support & Recovery Vanilla flavour 1/2 Tin of Pineapple hand full of ice cubes 400ml Coconut Milk 100ml Pineapple Juice   I whack it all in my Nutribullet (the most convenient utensil EVER), Blend it all together and enjoy in my cliche mason Jars which you can get from The Range for £2 each! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I’m in my golden era. Ad having nurtured my hair back to health with professional haircare, supplements and hair oiling I knew I didn’t have enough time to grow my hair back for Summer so the wonderful team at @greatlengthsuk enlisted @imy_hair to transform me into my Summer style for the next few months. For those that don’t know Great Lengths has always been my extension brand of choice, about 15 years ago I had them for 2.5years to help me grow my hair back after I experimented a little too much with my style. My hair grew back healthy and strong and I didn’t have to wish the time away as the extensions gave me the extra few inches I needed without damaging my hair. I will have these removed at the end of the summer to continue to grow my hair back with regular Diamond cuts.
