morning mist at champneys, tring.

20th November 2013
Running Jacket – Pure Simple Sport c/o JD Sports    Leggings – Pure Simple Sport c/o JD Sports    Vest – Nike Dry Fit    Shoes – Nike free run +2 Last weekend I was lucky enough to spend the weekend at the picturesque Champney’s Spa Resort in Tring to give my two left feet a run for their money trialing their new dance fitness class FitSteps which is brought to you by Strictly Come Dancing’s Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe. But before I got my wiggle on, I decided to put my new running gear on from Pure Simple Sport and head out into the breath taking country side which surrounds Champney’s. Being petite I find it a struggle to find leggings which make me feel secure whilst still enabling me to move freely whatever activity I am under taking and these leggings were the perfect tool for the country cardio I had in store. They have a large waistband to ensure my hearty breakfast bump wasn’t on show whilst also incorporating a generous leg length to protect my ankles from the bitter Autumn morning. The running jacket was another god send and not something I had previously considered including in my outdoor cardio sessions, choosing to brave the cold until I finally get my blood flowing, but this jacket’s light weight fabric and cocoon like feel kept my body temperature much more bearable. If you want to give the Pure Simple Sport collection a try it is available exclusively online at www.jdsports.co.uk and across JD stores. Make sure you pop by tomorrow to catch a glimpse of me strutting my stuff with FitSteps.

I’m in my golden era. Ad having nurtured my hair back to health with professional haircare, supplements and hair oiling I knew I didn’t have enough time to grow my hair back for Summer so the wonderful team at @greatlengthsuk enlisted @imy_hair to transform me into my Summer style for the next few months. For those that don’t know Great Lengths has always been my extension brand of choice, about 15 years ago I had them for 2.5years to help me grow my hair back after I experimented a little too much with my style. My hair grew back healthy and strong and I didn’t have to wish the time away as the extensions gave me the extra few inches I needed without damaging my hair. I will have these removed at the end of the summer to continue to grow my hair back with regular Diamond cuts.
