lifestyle & loves – coffee

6th March 2014
Travel Coffee Mug – c/o Sealoe.se I’ve been faffing about introducing a weekly feature to my blog for a while on social media so I would like to welcome you to the first installment of “Lifestyle & Loves”; I’ve tried to keep the name as cringe free as possible but if I have’t succeeded feel free to do so. The reason behind the introduction of this post is because I buy, receive, try and do so many amazing things that I want to be able to share with you all, whether its a new leave-in conditioner that has brought my tresses back from the brink of death or a new recipe that has officially rocked my world, but I’ve struggled to see where it fits in with my current content. I would like to stress that this isn’t me stepping on any perfectly pedicured beauty blogging toes and there won’t be any “face of the day’s” this century, I think I speak for everyone when I say we’ve all had enough of that to last a life time. It really is just as simple as the name suggests. So without further ado, for this weeks Lifestyle & Loves post I received this beautiful, statement travel coffee mug from Sealoe. Coffee is a pretty big part of my day life! Every morning I drive to work with a travel mug full of the stuff ready to face a new day at the office and what a way to start knowing you are benefiting from: Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 11% of the RDA. Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5): 6% of the RDA. Manganese and Potassium: 3% of the RDA. Magnesium and Niacin (B3): 2% of the RDA. via nutritiondata.self.com in just one cup! But I don’t stop there, Oh no no no this isn’t […]

I’ve been faffing about introducing a weekly feature to my blog for a while on social media so I would like to welcome you to the first installment of “Lifestyle & Loves”; I’ve tried to keep the name as cringe free as possible but if I have’t succeeded feel free to do so.
Every morning I drive to work with a travel mug full of the stuff ready to face a new day at the office and what a way to start knowing you are benefiting from:

in just one cup! But I don’t stop there, Oh no no no this isn’t just my slap in the face to wake me up in the morning. I have also previously mentioned in this Fitness FAQ how I also drink the stuff as a “Pre-Workout”, I’ve tried the powdered stuff from various brands and haven’t really enjoyed the texture or “chemically” taste so good old coffee was the only option seeing as it is known to increase Adrenaline levels in the blood and the rate of which fat sells are broken down to be used as fuel this improving your workout by up to 12%.

Needless to say travel coffee mugs have become quite an important bit of equipment especially due to the fast paced nature of my life and this coffee mug from Sealoe has been a welcomed addition to the kit bag. Never wishing to compromise on style and staying true to my “farshun” roots, the monochrome colours and Chanel infusion stole my heart and helped it pump more Adrenaline too.
Sealoe.se is a great website for not only coffee mugs but iPhone cases and Wall art too, for those wanting to add a little bit of Scandinavian style to their home and life.
