the wish list – summer sandals

22th May 2015
[show_ms_widget id=”20751081″ image_id=”21965051″ width=”1140″ height=”998″]   In all honesty, no one needs to see my toes, no matter how hot it is outside. But that really doesn’t stop me, sandals just have this hold over me and as soon as the thermometer begins creeping up I go into full blown sandal buying mode. The strappier and bucklier and taller the better I say, perhaps it stems from my love of Ibizencan style. And seeing as I’m heading there tomorrow it seemed only right to purchase at least one from The Wish List, those Nicholas Kirkwoods marvellously reduced to £226 are currently on their way to me. But I want the lot! To shop the post just click the + next to the pair you like. I’ve managed to find some absolute bargains including a beautiful buckley Chloe pair for an amazing £150. I am the ultimate bargain hunter! Shop The Post [show_shopthepost_widget id=”747411″]

Everything feels a little more optimistic as March begins don’t you think?
It’s the start of spring in my book Evergreen shortly followed by the spring equinox so there’s ample time to prepare, nest and refresh.
The light returns, hello March 🌱
There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad weather attire 💧
A little indulgence from my comfort of my own home thanks to INCREDIBLE @kmp_skin and @freshbeauty Ad
for the launch of the new Lotus Youth Preserve Resurfacing dream serum which is a gentle AHA serum with prickly pear flower extract said to boost radiance and it was so lovely to be treated to a first trial to get a very first impression of the serum thanks to KMP and her magic hands. I’ve literally never had a facial like it!
The plum tree in our garden is always the first blossom to erupt at this time of year narrowly beating the much loved aubretia that grows in abundance through our old garden wall. As soon as is acceptable I’m out with my secateurs ready to fill vases and prickly jars with its delicate confetti like blooms 🌸
Februarys carpet of Crocus blooms is always quite the spectacle. I find these little cheerful perennial flowers popping up in the most unlikely of places and what’s special is how they naturalise and multiply each year to create a carpet of flowers ready for the early Winter-Spring bees 🌱
Winter Spring views.
