Weeeeeell…this is bloody miserable isn’t it? It’s June and I’m still wearing my thermals, the fire is lit as I type this and the garden furniture cushions have been well and truly put away for the time being. It feels like its been raining for 100 years but this week there has been one silver lining that has became rather evident. Usually by now the warmer weather is in full swing and I’ve spent every last penny of my Summer wardrobe budget and wondering how I’m going to cope knowing the Selfridges Summer Sale started this week and they have up to 50% off so many of my favourite brands. Except thanks to the never ending rain, I’ve barely even bothered to buy myself a cami, my Summer wardrobe budget is looking rather healthy still and there’s a white Balmain jacket that I’ve just stubbed across with over £700 off which will look so perfect with some distressed denim cut offs when the weather does decide to finally warm up. But even if it doesn’t, that jacket is an All-Year-Rounder in my wardrobe so its the perfect place to spend a little more but also make a massive saving whilst getting your hands on a timeless piece for your multi seasonal wardrobe. Sometimes I even impress myself with how I’m able to justify these purchases.
But if a bit of Balmain isn’t on the cards just yet, Karen Millen, Acne and more are all in the sale with so many pieces from my own wardrobe so I’ve put together some edits to help you shop the thousands of pieces which have just gone into sale.

Having just done a killer Karen Millen order, to see so many of those pieces now in the sale makes me sad for myself but clearly over joyed for you. The red jumpsuit looks incredible on whilst still being super comfortable and the white halter neck dress will be perfect for a garden party when it does finally warm up.

Well it would be rude not to compile a list for myself just incase right? So I had a little rummage for the things that I think would be good to add to my wardrobe, for a rainy day, which there appears to be a lot of at the moment so this might end up being quite a long list.

Obviously I couldn’t talk about the sale without touching on the homeware section, not just because my beloved “New Wave” Villeroy & Boche mugs have made it in but also just to share how many incredible savings there are on so many incredible brands from Smeg to Le Creuset.
Hello, where did you purchase your previous sofa? What store?
