The thing with Marrakech is it isn’t by the sea and the actual city is really manic and busy, our hotel was like a different world with 13 acres of green gardens, beautiful ponds and one of the biggest pools I’ve ever seen, we didn’t really need to leave especially after our (unsuccessful) trip to the Souks organised by Thompsons (after speaking to others its probably better to just go on your own but keep your wits about you) in 45 degree heat.
