28th November 2011
(Please excuse my nails…They get a tad neglected from time to time)   Right so, I AM NOT A BEAUTY BLOGGER, but I could not help showing you my nails today. My e-chum Sarah from BurnTheBlonde did a recent post on Matte nail polish and I fell instantly in love. I remember being stood outside of Selfridges on Duke St one afternoon and this man pulling up in his Uber suave Matte black Aston martin Vantage and thinking he must be a pretty slick dude to have got that paint job…Now I cannot afford an Aston let alone change the paint work on one, but I could just about stretch to £4.95 for this Rimmel Matte Topcoat and by stretch I mean I was that twat counting out my 5p’s at the till but I made up some lame excuse to the sales assistant that I’d merely forgotten my bank card, I mean who carries cash these days anyway unless you’re Mario Balotelli. I painted the top coat over my Chanel Black Satin nail polish and one coat was enough to take it from shiney and gorgeous to smooth and seductive. This is definitely my choice of nail fashion for this season.
