As fashion is a large part and also the original genre of lydiaelisemillen.com people often find it funny when I say I have never really been to fashion week. It’s all rather intimidating; I’m not Editor of a glossy magazine or dressed head to toe in designer labels. I’m a girl who started off taking pictures of herself in her bedroom on her iPhone. Last season I was lucky enough to be invited to go back stage at Henry Holland but due to work commitments that really was all Ali and I could manage. This season however, I’m going to try a lot harder to really experience as much of London Fashion Week as my Chloe heels will allow. With the temperature dropping fast I have been frantically collating my Autumn/Winter wardrobe in preparation, nudes, tans, creams and deep tobacco hues now hang proudly in my wardrobe. My jewellery of choice for this season, Taking inspiration from the dual tones of the Chloe A/W15 collection, is Pandora who this season merge both gold and silver hues in the most delicate and feminine way imaginable. This two-tone bangle is a twist on the original Pandora charm bracelet, which was and still is a staple in every quality jewellery lover’s collection. With its gold orb clasp and silver band I thoroughly enjoy selecting the charms which best reflect my personality, it’s almost like quite literally wearing your heart on your sleeve. The Peacock rings weave delicately around my fingers, glimmering against the muted hues of the season whilst my Majestic Feathers necklace provides me with peace of mind that I really will be just fine.
