'Tis the season...

If you hadn’t already noticed, I’m having a bit of a moment with Ralph Lauren. From my wardrobe to my Christmas decorations, Ralph-inspired attire has infiltrated my dressing room (and home) and if I’m being frank, I’m here for it!!

With that in mind, I’ve rounded up my festive favourites at Ralph Lauren should you be on the hunt for last minute Christmas present ideas or an early Christmas gift to yourself…

’Tis the season for treating yourself, after all!

The Fair Isle Knit

I shared this jumper in my fair isle knitwear-inspired blog post a few weeks ago so it felt only right to bring it back here. If you’ve been watching my recent vlogmas episodes, you’ll have seen me wear this on repeat in recent weeks. I love that it combines traditional fair isle patterns with a slightly more unique and earthy colour palette.

The novelty knit

If you’re going to wear a novelty jumper, make it a festive teddy bear novelty jumper from Ralph Lauren! I fell in love with this as soon as soon as I saw it. I appreciate that it’s an acquired taste but for me, it ticked all the boxes, went straight into my basket and has been worn on repeat as soon as it arrived!

The Plaid Jacket

This is the ultimate festive jacket in my opinion and has accompanied me to and from so many of my Christmas parties this season. It is tailored to perfection and can be dressed up or down. I challenge you not to feel festive when wearing it!

The Plaid Pyjamas

You can’t beat a good quality pair of plaid pyjamas at this time of year and this pair is up there with one of the most comfortable pairs I’ve ever owned.

The tan belt

This classic tan leather waist belt featured in my tan accessories blog a few months ago and is a stunning alternative to the Hermes Kelly. If the recipient is anything like me, it’s a perfect gift for Christmas and will make you very popular, I’m sure!

A little indulgence from my comfort of my own home thanks to INCREDIBLE @kmp_skin and @freshbeauty Ad
for the launch of the new Lotus Youth Preserve Resurfacing dream serum which is a gentle AHA serum with prickly pear flower extract said to boost radiance and it was so lovely to be treated to a first trial to get a very first impression of the serum thanks to KMP and her magic hands. I’ve literally never had a facial like it!
The plum tree in our garden is always the first blossom to erupt at this time of year narrowly beating the much loved aubretia that grows in abundance through our old garden wall. As soon as is acceptable I’m out with my secateurs ready to fill vases and prickly jars with its delicate confetti like blooms 🌸
Februarys carpet of Crocus blooms is always quite the spectacle. I find these little cheerful perennial flowers popping up in the most unlikely of places and what’s special is how they naturalise and multiply each year to create a carpet of flowers ready for the early Winter-Spring bees 🌱

Primrose & Snowdrops are on their way!
February is a very special month, it almost feels like the build up before the crescendo of spring and I can’t help but feel a flutter in my chest at the thought of what’s to come 🌱
