It’s amazing what a good pair of quality denim jeans can do for your figure, trust me as a girl with very little junk in her trunk, being able to make it appear that there’s an average sized tush going on back there isn’t easy. But find a good pair of jeans and your atleast smidge closer. These jeans from California Born are my new pair of “every day denim’s”, I’m able to grab them and throw them on without a second thought and I know they will always tick all their denim-esque boxes. With their authentic distressed effect nodding to their Californian heritage they fit perfectly, but more importantly they fit comfortably too. It might just be me, but the pulling sensation that a oh-too-tight pair of jeans can have on my knees is near enough torturous. So to stumble across the right mix of support and comfort really is a joy to have adorning ones derriere. With it still on the chilly side here in the UK, I was given no choice but to wrap up like a Yeti in some powder blush faux fur and matching Mulberry Alexa. However, come Summer I’m holding out for these jeans to inject a little California Cool into my Summer Wardrobe.   Is it too soon after my Christmas countdown to start on my Summer one now?   Jeans – California Born     Boots – Next (sold out similar here)     Blouse – Reiss     Jacket – Reiss (old season similar here)     Bag – Mulberry     Watch – Daniel Wellington

Hair @imy_hair for @greatlengthsuk
I’m in my golden era. Ad having nurtured my hair back to health with professional haircare, supplements and hair oiling I knew I didn’t have enough time to grow my hair back for Summer so the wonderful team at @greatlengthsuk enlisted @imy_hair to transform me into my Summer style for the next few months. For those that don’t know Great Lengths has always been my extension brand of choice, about 15 years ago I had them for 2.5years to help me grow my hair back after I experimented a little too much with my style. My hair grew back healthy and strong and I didn’t have to wish the time away as the extensions gave me the extra few inches I needed without damaging my hair. I will have these removed at the end of the summer to continue to grow my hair back with regular Diamond cuts.
