Although I don’t read my horoscope on the regular, I am a firm believer that a certain amount of my star sign defines my temperament, I mean there really is only so much of my passion and drive that can be blame on my Mediterranean blood. When this stunningly delicate necklace arrived late last week with my star sign and birth stone perched upon a tiny gold chain, I couldn’t wait to wear it forever and ever. It’s so understated yet powerful, drawing your eyes in to the beautiful script and holding it there long enough to catch the twinkle of the diamond. Amazing how something so small can make such a statement all by it’s self. This necklace is from the beautifully crafted collection by Astrid & Miyu, who are pretty much single-handedly responsible for the wrist, neck and finger candy you see adorning some of the blogosphere’s most elite. Your bank balance won’t last long, you have been warned!     Necklace – c/o Astrid & Miyu     Shirt – H&M     Shorts – SheInside     Belt – Gap     Bag – Louis Vuitton    Shoes – Ebay     Watch – Michael Kors

Everything feels a little more optimistic as March begins don’t you think?
It’s the start of spring in my book Evergreen shortly followed by the spring equinox so there’s ample time to prepare, nest and refresh.
The light returns, hello March 🌱
There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad weather attire 💧
A little indulgence from my comfort of my own home thanks to INCREDIBLE @kmp_skin and @freshbeauty Ad
for the launch of the new Lotus Youth Preserve Resurfacing dream serum which is a gentle AHA serum with prickly pear flower extract said to boost radiance and it was so lovely to be treated to a first trial to get a very first impression of the serum thanks to KMP and her magic hands. I’ve literally never had a facial like it!
The plum tree in our garden is always the first blossom to erupt at this time of year narrowly beating the much loved aubretia that grows in abundance through our old garden wall. As soon as is acceptable I’m out with my secateurs ready to fill vases and prickly jars with its delicate confetti like blooms 🌸
Februarys carpet of Crocus blooms is always quite the spectacle. I find these little cheerful perennial flowers popping up in the most unlikely of places and what’s special is how they naturalise and multiply each year to create a carpet of flowers ready for the early Winter-Spring bees 🌱
Winter Spring views.
