My current favourite products for healthy hair

While it’s no secret I have been on quite the journey in finding the confidence again in how my hair looks over the last few years, I can truly say I am now in a position of loving how it looks and feels on a daily basis. I finally feel like my routine and products to support that routine are nailed and I wanted to share with you what they are!

Hairburst Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Vitamins

These have been part of my core hair routine now for about 3 years. The vitamins are chewable (anyone else swallowing those horrible big pill type supplements?!) and they also taste yummy but are packed full of the nutrients to support my hair growing stronger. The shampoo and conditioner (I use the curly range) smells in credible and leaves my hair soft, nourished and manageable.

Philip Kingsley Elasticiser

For those days where you want to give your hair an extra nourishing boost, this is my go to. It works for all hair types, and has been aro0und for 50 YEARS now – can you believe that? In this day and age a product that stands the test of time, does so for good reason.

Rehab Hair Brush

Tangle Teezer? Wet Brush? Tried them both. Then I tried this.

Oh. My. Word.

This brush has changed the game and I’m not sure how they’ve done it. It’s the softest brush through any knots I’ve ever experienced. It loosens out curls into perfect waves and I’m not sure I’ve ever loved a brush before…. but you know, I think I love a brush!

Philip Kingsley Daily Damage Defence

For extra hydration without weight and loosening the tangles before brushing, this smells DIVINE and does the job effortlessly.

Herlum Copa Dew All Over Nourishing Oil

While not formulated just for hair (you can apply to cuticles and your whole body if you’re feeling boujee!) This is the weightless, non greasy oil you’ve been looking for. a few drops combed through my hair with my fingers and it tames the flyaways in to behaving.

Claw Clips

Try saying claw clips quickly… it’s weirdly difficult! I’ve been using these as an alternative to bobbles to put my hair in to a bun to try to stop the tension pulled on my scalp. No kinks when you let your hair out and, in my opinion, effortlessly chic in style to boot.

Have I missed any products I should really be trying? Tell me your favourites for healthy hair!

Hi Lydia, I was hoping you would also add here the tools you use, are you using the Dyson Airwrap on a daily basis?
    Thank you,
    Clara
