green goodness smoothie recipe

11th July 2014
In recent months my health has somewhat suffered due to a profound increase in stress. I realised that it’s not all about looking good on the outside, I need to do more to promote my overall well-being. As mentioned in my previous Bikini Ready Body Tips post (found here) I’ve been looking to introduce more green goodness to my diet due to the incredible health benefits. Cellular, immune, Gastrointestinal and liver health are all reported to see a vast improvement from introducing Green powders as well as acting as an appetite suppressant and stabilising blood sugar levels. But  Green Powders really aren’t for the weak stomached as their smell alone is enough to turn you green yourself, however added to the right smoothie and you don’t even notice they’re there. Great for fussy eaters and small children! So I thought I’d share my current favourite Green Juice Smoothie recipe (serves 2); You will need 1 x Ripe Banana 3/4 Cup of Frozen Berries (or fresh) 1/2 Cup  of Apple juice 1/2 Cup Water 1 scoop of PhD Nutrition Greens PH-7 (unflavoured) 8-10 Ice cubes   Put it all in a blender and you know the drill!

Hello April, the most exciting month of them all!
Ad Embarking on a journey of timeless treasures, my passion for antiquing began in the warmth of late summer 2019. When I discovered my father’s old boarding school tuck trunk nestled in the attic of their home. Since then, my weekends have unfolded like chapters in a novel, meandering through antiques emporiums and brocantes across the country.

Each trip unveils a tapestry of tales from bygone eras - from weathered pickling jars and vases to opulent French chandeliers and steamer trunks, and with each trip, I was captivated by the hidden secrets and untold histories woven into each artefact.
