I love green tea, and I love coffee…but “Green Coffee” is a new one for me. But all I needed to do was a quick Google search and Green Coffee is sweeping, not only the health and fitness community but celebrities the world over with Katy Perry rumored to have slimmed down for her Vogue cover with Green Coffee bean extract.
I was sent a great package from the people at “Coffee Not Coffee” to trial some of their products but the sachet which excited me the most was that of the Green Coffee. I instantly poured myself a cup using one of the silvery sachets from the pack expecting the usual mug of black rocket fuel I consume daily. To my surprise it looked milky, Ah-hah! the Soy! This obviously made the mug more enjoyable than my usual and that’s without the knowledge that tests have revealed that you can lose an extra 1 lb a week introducing Green coffee to your current healthy diet.
Now that may not seem like a lot but for me, in the run up to the BodyPower expo (where I will be representing my sponsors PhD Woman, come say Hi) or for others prepping for competitions or weight-loss goals every little really does help.
The great thing about the Coffee Not Coffee package was that every sachet of their product included an information card where nutritional info and expected benefits could be found. But also when logging onto their website I found the suggestion of Iced-Green Coffee which in the run up to Summer will make my early morning cup even more refreshing and awakening.
They also sent through some sachets of their African Mango Coffee, Green Tea and Slimming Cacao which I cant wait to try, the Slimming Cacao seems like a great way to deal with my Chocolate cravings…which are quite frankly, the bane of my existence.
