Keep me running.

Ultra Light down jacket – C/O Uniqlo    Maya Vest- C/O Vie Active    Nike Premium White Roshe Run – Footlocker    Light control Leggings – Primark

I don’t like to let life pass me by and some times I really feel like I don’t stop until my head hits the pillow, which can make for some pretty hectic living. That’s why I always have to be as organised as I possible and keeping my gym bag, with its array of gloves and straps in an easily accessible state is key when meeting my weekly training targets, I can almost promise there’d be tears if I forgot my lifting straps when deadlifts are on the menu.
And with the Autumn nights drawing in, I’d been on the look out for a functional and practical jacket for pre/post workout as well as random HIIT sessions that me and my boyfriend fit in on weekends amongst the idyllic countryside surrounding his house.
This ‘Ultra Light Down’ jacket from Uniqlo was a real winner from the moment I slipped it on, it really does live up to its name but not only that it incorporates a super chic collarless neckline and tapered waist so as not to compromise on style. And it doesn’t stop there, when I’m done it neatly packs away into a tiny pouch secured to the lining, leaving my gym bag completely pretty much clutter free. The price tag will make your purse smile too.

I’m the same, I seem to carry my gym bag everywhere nowadays! I’ve never invested in a good running jacket, maybe now’s the time.

Running is my absolute favorite activity. However I HATE the treadmill and at the same time hate the cold. Do you have any suggestions on cold weather, lightweight running clothes?!
