PHD WOMAN – Frotein shake

You will need:
2 scoops of low fat frozen yogurt
handful of Granola
5 Strawberries (or more, whatever you fancy)
Almond milk
It’s really easy to make your post workout shake/early morning protein hit a little more interesting by mixing up yourself a “Frotein” (Frozen yogurt and Protein powder…see what I did there?) You literally just whack it all in a blender and then I add almond milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
I’ve been using the PhD Woman range of suppliment’s for a few weeks now and I think I’m in love. I’m a girlie girl, I always have been so even though I like to think I’m an beast in the gym I certainly don’t want to end up looking like one so finding a supplement that’s specifically designed for women was important to me.
I like to know that what I’m putting in my body is going to aid my specific goals and seeing as Male and Female genetics are so different I think it’s important for all women to remember this.

    When the taste and nutrition are combined that is what you called the ideal food. You can enjoy a shake without feeling guilty.
