Protein Cupcakes

You will need:
1 scoop of Low Carb Whey Protein, I use USN (201 kcal)
1 egg white (52 kcal)
1.5 table spoons of peanut butter (141 kcal)
A microwaveable Cupcake tray
A small mixing bowl 
A fork or whisk
and a microwave
Step 1:
Add one egg white to one scoop of protein powder and mix until smooth
Step 2:
You can either make small cup cakes if you have a microwavable cupcake tray or just make one larger cake – I don’t know what it is but cupcakes always seem naughtier ha ha.
Step 3:
Microwave for UP TO 1 minute and 30 seconds, keep checking them because if you over do them they wont be pleasant, believe me on that one.
Step 4: 
Remove cakes from tray and place small blobs of peanut butter on top and sprinkle cinnamon lightly on top, you can also use honey.
and there it is, protein cupcakes in 1 minute – If I, a complete baking/cookingphobe can do it. ANYONE CAN!
