introducing my debut book – evergreen

After spending numerous evenings and flights glued to my laptop and tiptoeing around my “secret project” for what has felt like months now, I am so excited to finally share that I HAVE WRITTEN A BOOK and it’s being published here in the UK on October 12th!!

If you’ve followed my journey for a while now, you’ll know that I’ve spent the past few years transforming my lifestyle and mindset after coming to the realisation that I’d spent my entire life up until that point, misunderstanding success and overlooking the natural beauty infront of me. Though that journey has led me to a destination that now provides me with an abundance of daily contentment and courage, that feels easy to access these days (if I look for it) the journey itself was anything but effortless…

Which is why I’ve felt drawn to sharing these thoughts now. 

After three years of sitting with and observing them in my head; interrogating them with those that I trust (and seeking a few expert opinions along the way); processing the lessons, putting them into practice and witnessing the progress first-hand, I’m so much stronger today than I was this time three years ago…

So felt like if ever there was a time to write a book, it’s now.

It speaks the words that I wish my teenage self, my twenties self, and early thirties Lydia could have heard.

It provides the hug that I wish those versions of me could have felt.

And despite having done a few things throughout my career that I’m truly proud of, it is without a shadow of doubt my proudest accomplishment to date.
