#rethinkyourday with polar and win!

23th October 2014
Being a Blogger, I find a fair bit of my life is sat in front of a computer or on a train/in a car somewhere in a fairly sedentary state. This means I have to make a point of getting off my tiny little back side and MOVING more than the average person. This sounds easy enough but when you have nothing short of a gazillion e-mails to respond to, unless you have one of those specially adapted desks with a built in running machine (seriously if you make them, hook a sister up. Either that or invent calorie free peanut butter). I’m no stranger to the odd fitness gadget to aid me with meeting my daily fitness goals or just pushing me to take the stairs instead of the lift every so often. So this week I’ve been trialing the front runner (pardon the pun) in fitness technology the Polar Loop activity tracker and their film crew followed me around on my day. I absolutely love my Polar loop which involves the least amount of faff compared to other trackers I’ve tried before and also the most accurate. You can track your progress and goals via your computer or the app on your iPhone too. The great news is Polar are challenging you to #RETHINKYOURDAY on Instagram by tagging @Polarglobal, using the hashtag and uploading a shot of how you #RETHINKYOURDAY to be in with a chance of winning a Polar loop of your choice! The competition is open now so get your entries in, Watch my video with my Polar Loop below!     First outfit Pyjamas – H&M   Second outfit Skirt – Primark     Jumper – H&M     Sunglasses – Celine     Trainers – Nike   Third Outfit Jacket – ElleBelle Attire      Leggings – Primark […]

Hair @imy_hair for @greatlengthsuk
I’m in my golden era. Ad having nurtured my hair back to health with professional haircare, supplements and hair oiling I knew I didn’t have enough time to grow my hair back for Summer so the wonderful team at @greatlengthsuk enlisted @imy_hair to transform me into my Summer style for the next few months. For those that don’t know Great Lengths has always been my extension brand of choice, about 15 years ago I had them for 2.5years to help me grow my hair back after I experimented a little too much with my style. My hair grew back healthy and strong and I didn’t have to wish the time away as the extensions gave me the extra few inches I needed without damaging my hair. I will have these removed at the end of the summer to continue to grow my hair back with regular Diamond cuts.
