Being a Blogger, I find a fair bit of my life is sat in front of a computer or on a train/in a car somewhere in a fairly sedentary state. This means I have to make a point of getting off my tiny little back side and MOVING more than the average person. This sounds easy enough but when you have nothing short of a gazillion e-mails to respond to, unless you have one of those specially adapted desks with a built in running machine (seriously if you make them, hook a sister up. Either that or invent calorie free peanut butter). I’m no stranger to the odd fitness gadget to aid me with meeting my daily fitness goals or just pushing me to take the stairs instead of the lift every so often. So this week I’ve been trialing the front runner (pardon the pun) in fitness technology the Polar Loop activity tracker and their film crew followed me around on my day.
I absolutely love my Polar loop which involves the least amount of faff compared to other trackers I’ve tried before and also the most accurate. You can track your progress and goals via your computer or the app on your iPhone too.
