If you're looking for an alternative to my Emmy London flats...

I’ve made no secret about my love for the Emmy London flats that I’ve been wearing non-stop since Spring sprung. That being said, I can appreciate that they’re not in everyone’s budget.

Which is why I’m bringing the spotlight back for the first time in a while to bring your attention to these alternatives from Ralph Lauren…

… As well as the tan woven leather flats from M&S that I shone the spotlight on last summer (and are back in stock!)

Both pairs are so elegant, made from leather and as I mentioned in this post a few weeks ago, go with pretty much everything because they’re tan. I hope you get as much wear out of them as I do!

To Lydia, you have inspired me to get my life on track and re-sorted, thank you, I just can’t wait to read your book in October

That means so much Stacie – thank you! x

There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad weather attire 💧
A little indulgence from my comfort of my own home thanks to INCREDIBLE @kmp_skin and @freshbeauty Ad
for the launch of the new Lotus Youth Preserve Resurfacing dream serum which is a gentle AHA serum with prickly pear flower extract said to boost radiance and it was so lovely to be treated to a first trial to get a very first impression of the serum thanks to KMP and her magic hands. I’ve literally never had a facial like it!
The plum tree in our garden is always the first blossom to erupt at this time of year narrowly beating the much loved aubretia that grows in abundance through our old garden wall. As soon as is acceptable I’m out with my secateurs ready to fill vases and prickly jars with its delicate confetti like blooms 🌸
Februarys carpet of Crocus blooms is always quite the spectacle. I find these little cheerful perennial flowers popping up in the most unlikely of places and what’s special is how they naturalise and multiply each year to create a carpet of flowers ready for the early Winter-Spring bees 🌱
Winter Spring views.
Primrose & Snowdrops are on their way!
February is a very special month, it almost feels like the build up before the crescendo of spring and I can’t help but feel a flutter in my chest at the thought of what’s to come 🌱
