The most common issue with eating healthy can often come down to time, with pressing the snooze button a few too many times, restrictive lunch times and late night gym sessions, theres little time left over in our ever hectic lives to prepare something nutritious. This is why Ali and I set aside 2 hours on the weekend the prep our lunches for the week, then we prep our breakfasts the night before and dinner we get to play by ear. To be perfectly honest, some days I just can’t be arsed which means its so easy to reach for something quick, easy and unhealthy. Or so I thought until my friend told me about her Microwavable egg poacher and my world was truly rocked.
so I grabbed myself one from ebay for like £4.
All you do is crack the egg into the little bowls, add a teaspoon of water to each and pierce the egg gently. Whack it in the microwave for literally a minute, checking every 20 seconds and there you have some perfectly poached eggs!
