You will need:
2 scoops of low fat frozen yogurt
handful of Granola
5 Strawberries (or more, whatever you fancy)
It’s really easy to make your post workout shake/early morning protein hit a little more interesting by mixing up yourself a “Frotein” (Frozen yogurt and Protein powder…see what I did there?) You literally just whack it all in a blender and then I add almond milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
