what i’m wearing to ladies day

2th March 2015
Wearing colour is something I do in my own personal way, I tend to opt for a pop rather than an array of colours and shades. In other words, I like to play it safe making a statement with bold monochrome accessories instead. So when I received the invite to attend #ColourMeMarch at the Cheltenham races next week it gave me the perfect opportunity to showcase my own way to wear colour whilst also pre planning my outfit to avoid a mid night panic, even though I do it so well. It seemed rude not to enter my outfit to the competition they have running also so up-I-loaded alongside some other colourful entries in the hope that I win big on the day. If you want to enter you can do so here. I also thought it the perfect opportunity to wear these gorgeous new Sophia Webster heels which I picked up just before fashion week. Basically I’m looking for any excuse right now whether it’s to the races or doing the washing up…I can pretty much guarantee I’ll be wearing them. I’m not usually one to spurge on footwear, as we all know I’m an arm candy kinda gal. But of late I’ve found myself lusting after a few statement additions that I hope are better in quality than the pair or Louboutins I bought 2 years ago (a sore subject that don’t really like talking about). There’s nothing quite like a pop of pink to get you in the mood for Spring either, am I right or am I right girls?       Jumper – ASOS (sold out similar here)    Skirt – ASOS     Bag – Gucci     Heels – Sophia Webster     Watch – The Fifth

Ad Embarking on a journey of timeless treasures, my passion for antiquing began in the warmth of late summer 2019. When I discovered my father’s old boarding school tuck trunk nestled in the attic of their home. Since then, my weekends have unfolded like chapters in a novel, meandering through antiques emporiums and brocantes across the country.

Each trip unveils a tapestry of tales from bygone eras - from weathered pickling jars and vases to opulent French chandeliers and steamer trunks, and with each trip, I was captivated by the hidden secrets and untold histories woven into each artefact.

Everything feels a little more optimistic as March begins don’t you think?
It’s the start of spring in my book Evergreen shortly followed by the spring equinox so there’s ample time to prepare, nest and refresh.
The light returns, hello March 🌱

A little indulgence from my comfort of my own home thanks to INCREDIBLE @kmp_skin and @freshbeauty Ad
for the launch of the new Lotus Youth Preserve Resurfacing dream serum which is a gentle AHA serum with prickly pear flower extract said to boost radiance and it was so lovely to be treated to a first trial to get a very first impression of the serum thanks to KMP and her magic hands. I’ve literally never had a facial like it!
