One of the hardest parts of under taking a new fitness regime is making sure you keep track of your daily activities, nutrition and yourself in general. As a lover of all things technological, this is where I really love to utilize all that we have on offer in this day and age. Myself and my Personal Trainer, Paul ensure I am doing everything as I should not just in the gym, but in my mind too. I’ve been trying out the Kindle Fire HDX Tablet whilst also also test driving some of their great free apps and you lucky whatsits got to come along with me.
