livin’ just as free as my hair

14th June 2012
T-Shirt – C/O LNA (at the Nicole Levy Press Day)    Trousers – ZARA    Bag – Romwe    Shoes – Jeffrey Campbell    Arm cuff & Neclace – H&M    Watch – Michael Kors I think its fairly obvious that I love a knotted marl grey jersey basic at the moment, I don’t know what it is about them but they just seem to go with everything so when I was handed an LnA basic at the Nicole Levy press day a couple of months ago I was ecstatic not just because it was marl grey but also because I have dribbled over LnA basics for years now, so to actually be able to own something from their range was amazing…as I am still classed as a student therefore I am allowed to still be poor. I picked up these trousers from Zara after I missed the more “pastely” version they had back in march (mainly because of the £70 price tag) at a much more affordable £29.99 and I cannot wait to wear these on my holiday to Marrakesh in 11 days (still counting) but I will also be wearing them to my Old school friends hen do this Saturday, Aren’t we all growing up?F.M.L.Also trialing my hair Au Naturale in this post, I really wish I had the balls to just wash my hair and go (yeah like the adverts but not as cool) the issue is, I like the way it looks (maybe it is a little on the poofy size) but it feels like I take up 1000 square meters LOL…what are the thoughts, I think maybe its a confidence thing?! | Follow LydiaEliseMillen on TWITTER | Follow LydiaEliseMillen on BLOGLOVIN |  | Follow LydiaEliseMillen on FACEBOOK | Follow LydiaEliseMillen on GOOGLEFRIENDCONNECT |

Hello April, the most exciting month of them all!
Ad Embarking on a journey of timeless treasures, my passion for antiquing began in the warmth of late summer 2019. When I discovered my father’s old boarding school tuck trunk nestled in the attic of their home. Since then, my weekends have unfolded like chapters in a novel, meandering through antiques emporiums and brocantes across the country.

Each trip unveils a tapestry of tales from bygone eras - from weathered pickling jars and vases to opulent French chandeliers and steamer trunks, and with each trip, I was captivated by the hidden secrets and untold histories woven into each artefact.

Introducing ‘Scented Mementos’ - an enchanting limited edition collection by @jomalonelondon Each fragrance, a symphony of memories, encapsulates the essence of cherished moments. Immerse yourself in the zesty allure of Emerald Thyme, or indulge in the spicy nostalgia of Ginger Beer, where notes of ginger, roasted oak, and cinnamon intertwine to evoke memories of British antiques markets.
