this love has taken it’s toll

7th February 2012
Dress – C/O LOVE Hat – H&M Scarf – Topshop Bag – Romwe Socks – Topshop Shoes – Jeffrey Campbell Via OXYGEN BOUTIQUE Rings – H&M I lusted for it, and it came!! How beautiful is this Love dress? Don’t you think that deep jade print gives it that extra lil’ sumthin’ sumthin’? In fact this is the exact outfit I wore to pass my driving test the other day so it’s obviously lucky! Obviously minus the ridiculously high Jeffrey Campbells, Although when I’m a bit more confident I may give driving in them a go, just don’t tell my dad ha-ha. I know I only recently posted this style of dress, but they come in so many gorgeous prints/colours and are so easy to throw on, why shouldn’t I have a couple of them? Well actually I have one more to come, but I’m waiting for some nice sunshine as its more suited to spring, but I just didn’t wanna miss out on it! If you want to get your grubby little mits on this dress or any of the other colours it comes in, click HERE I’m not quite sure why my hair is looking so Ombre’d at the moment because I really haven’t touched it, I did really want to get it done a while ago, as I love how it looks but it’s every where now so it’s a little silly to jump on the band wagon so late. I’ll just keep rockin’ the natural version haha!I spent the afternoon in London today as I’m back in Hertfordshire for a couple of days (mainly stranded now as I bravely drove down and now due to the ice, am sh*tin’ my kecks about going back) I really do miss the big smoke! | Follow LydiaEliseMillen on TWITTER | Follow […]

Ad Embarking on a journey of timeless treasures, my passion for antiquing began in the warmth of late summer 2019. When I discovered my father’s old boarding school tuck trunk nestled in the attic of their home. Since then, my weekends have unfolded like chapters in a novel, meandering through antiques emporiums and brocantes across the country.

Each trip unveils a tapestry of tales from bygone eras - from weathered pickling jars and vases to opulent French chandeliers and steamer trunks, and with each trip, I was captivated by the hidden secrets and untold histories woven into each artefact.

Introducing ‘Scented Mementos’ - an enchanting limited edition collection by @jomalonelondon Each fragrance, a symphony of memories, encapsulates the essence of cherished moments. Immerse yourself in the zesty allure of Emerald Thyme, or indulge in the spicy nostalgia of Ginger Beer, where notes of ginger, roasted oak, and cinnamon intertwine to evoke memories of British antiques markets.

Everything feels a little more optimistic as March begins don’t you think?
It’s the start of spring in my book Evergreen shortly followed by the spring equinox so there’s ample time to prepare, nest and refresh.
The light returns, hello March 🌱
There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad weather attire 💧
A little indulgence from my comfort of my own home thanks to INCREDIBLE @kmp_skin and @freshbeauty Ad
for the launch of the new Lotus Youth Preserve Resurfacing dream serum which is a gentle AHA serum with prickly pear flower extract said to boost radiance and it was so lovely to be treated to a first trial to get a very first impression of the serum thanks to KMP and her magic hands. I’ve literally never had a facial like it!
