Custom Swarovski encrushed shoes – My Crystal Couture

How long have I been hammering on about these damn shoes? But finally….FINALLY, they are in my possession.
I cannot stop looking at them, I need to wear them now, I need to wear them every second of every day…I need to wear them in bed. Naughty!
In all seriousness though, I don’t think I’ve been this excited about a Christmas present since I was 10 years old hoping for the Hornby Clever Cook Oven.
When I opened the box, and my eyes met the beautiful claret red Swarovski Crystals I had to admit to myself that my boyfriend now took second place in my heart.

I know some of you may be thinking “Oh this has been around for years!” and I agree I’ve seen a number of people doing this, but have never wanted to purchase or customize anything because their work, quite frankly, was sloppy. But when my brothers girlfriend Lucy showed me her shoes that she decided to knock up one day, I think we both knew she was onto something fabulous.

Lucy has incredible attention to detail resulting in a design that is so well executed that anyone could mistake this for a factory produced item, if it weren’t for the addition of the shoe owners initials on each sole.

HOW DO I GET MY OWN?? I hear you cry, well it’s pretty easy if you already have a shoe you’d like customized, then contact Lucy via her twitter or facebook page linked above to discuss designs and send the shoes. Or do as I did and search on eBay for some fabulous, not-so-expensive shoes and choose the Swarovski Crystals to compliment. She has a full chart of all the colours available and believe me you will be spoilt for choice, there are so many.

Now I just need to come up with an occasion to rock these babys and no they will not be treading through the vomit covered streets of Northampton any night soon.
